Transparency of information: this is not limited to legible drawings and presentations on proposals, but more importantly Planning Policy and the criteria and processes by which local decisions are taken needs to be exposed and made clear and transparent. There is obfuscation deliberately to shield decision makers from negative outcomes and the general public are becoming more aware of this.
